From Monday 24/1/22 the class between 20.15 – 21.15 will be open to anyone who wants to go through the 24 Yang style, the Sun style and/or the 18 chi gung (relaxation) movements. Turn up, ask a question or ask to go through one or more of the above. Please see the Class Times page for more info.

11/04/2021 Hi. Hope you’ve had a great Easter. Well, who’d have thought classes would have stopped for a year? Just a quick update to say that it is unlikely that sessions will re-start before September 2021. I am looking to hold some outdoor sessions, weather and restrictions permitting, as soon as possible. Please keep an eye out for more info. Hope to see you soon. Take care.

01/01/2019 – Happy New Year! The Saturday classes at Carleton Memorial Hall start again this Saturday, 5th January. The Monday night class starts again at Carleton Memorial Hall on 7th January. The Thursday class restarts at St. Teresa’s from 10th.

19/03/2018 – One You – Health and Well-being Event.

On 08/04/2018 the Marine Hall in Fleetwood is hosting a health and well-being event.  Entry is free and doors open at 10am and the event runs until 4pm. The event is supported by Wyre Council and the Healthier Fleetwood initiative.  Please click on the link below for a poster with more info.
