Thanks so much to all those who came to, what turns out to be, our inaugural Chi Kung in the Park session.  The weather looks to be good this weekend too, so, if you’re free, why don’t we do it again?  The details are below:
Time: 09.00 – 10.00-ish
Location: Jean Stansfield (Vicarage) Park, Poulton-le-Fylde.  Please look for the picnic area in the middle of the park, identified by the wood sculptures and benches.
Date: Sunday 13th June.
Car Parking: Either side of the park or the Teanlowe car park (3 hours’ free parking).  [It’s the car park near Booths].

If it is windy and/or wet on the morning, or the ground will be too soggy, please assume there will be no session that day. All being well, the intention is to go through the 18 exercises we did last week.

There is no charge for the session, however, please consider a donation to Lendwithcare.  This is a charitable organisation that supports individuals with micro-finance loans so they can help build their own businesses, supporting their families and local communities.  More info is available via https://lendwithcare.org/ and you can even attribute your loan to the Fylde Tai Chi Association.
